Somervell County Expo Center drew in over 90,000 visitors last year. This multi-purpose event space boasts three indoor arenas – the Main Arena, Showbarn, and Pavilion – with a capacity for 350 stalls, making it a versatile venue for rodeos and equestrian events of all sizes. Located less than 1 hour from Stephenville, Weatherford, and Fort Worth, it’s no question that Glen Rose is situated in the heart of the cowboy culture that beats strong in Texas. But, Glen Rose is known for more than its historic ranches and rising-star rodeo athletes. Nearby attractions in Glen Rose together attract 490,000+ visitors annually to Dinosaur Valley State Park and Fossil Rim Nature Center, with Granbury nearby and a destination in its own right.

Stout Ranch Rodeo’s official social media presence is on Facebook and Instagram as @stoutrodeo. In just over three years, the Stout Ranch Rodeo's following on Facebook & Instagram has proliferated, providing a solid foundation for the event to continue to gain recognition in North Texas. Since first launching in early 2021, over 13,680 website visits have accounted for 36,795+ pageviews on the official stoutrodeo.com website, increasing daily. Additionally, in its first three years, the Stout Ranch Rodeo has drawn 6,000+ spectators, vendors, and contestants to watch and experience the event first-hand, with countless viewers streaming both live and watching the replay on the Cowboy Channel each year.

The Stout Ranch Rodeo will be advertised on 95.9 The Ranch and 92.1 Hank FM for maximum radio exposure. Broadcast areas include Fort Worth, Mineral Wells, Weatherford, Stephenville, Granbury, Wichita Falls, and Glen Rose. Advertising will consist of radio rotator ads, live on-air ticket giveaways, and banner ad impressions. A partnership to broadcast live on the Cowboy Channel+ App, reaching 377,000 subscribers, is under negotiation. The Cowboy Channel is an American cable television network found in over 42 million homes carrying Western and rodeo sports. Additionally, a story will be submitted to local news outlets Including The Glen Rose Reporter and Hood County News for maximum local press coverage.
