Entry Rules & Info

A maximum of 20 WRCA teams accepted. 2 performances: First 10 teams will compete on Friday, second 10 teams will compete on Saturday.

Teams that competed in the 2023 Stout Ranch Rodeo will have until March 1st to submit the Entry Form, Entry Fee, and have a current WRCA ard on file for priority acceptance. On March 2, 2024, the remaining spots will be filled with teams on the waiting list.

LOCATION: Somervell County Expo Center | Glen Rose, Texas

DATE: April 12 & 13, 2024 (7 PM start time. Arena is air-conditioned).

EVENTS: Cattle Sorting, Ranch Bronc, Maverick Branding, Stray Gathering, & Wild Cow Milking. Read the competition Event Rules.

ENTRY FEE: $2,750/team, over 90% payback with buckles to the winning team. Make checks payable to: Stout Ranch Rodeo

Payout with 20 Teams:

Purse: $50,000

  • 1st Place: $25,000

  • 2nd Place: $12,000

  • 3rd Place: $6,000

  • 4th Place: $2,000

  • $1,000 to event winners (5 events)
